Economic Recovery Of Lebanon Essay Competition

As valedictorian of his high school class, John King’s academic achievements have paved the way for his entrance into UCLA this fall. Drawing from his diverse Lebanese and Irish heritage, John fostered a deep appreciation for Lebanon during his visit in 2022, especially in light of the country’s economic challenges. In his thoughtful essay, John analyzes the factors contributing to the devaluation of the Lebanese pound and proposes feasible solutions to stabilize its value and revitalize the economy.

Elias Karim – 1st Place

In our second competition, participants were asked to reflect on their experiences with the Lebolution group trip ,to Lebanon and how it impacted them if anyone would like to know any further informations about the lebolution please visit our website.
Elias Karim, a senior at Damien High school emerged as the winner.
His remarkable talent in describing his journey earned him this year’s scholarship.
Elias’s profound love and respect for his beloved country are a reflection of his parents’ deep connection to Lebanon and his own appreciation for our culture, language, and traditions.
